A Hyderabad steel fabricator built on measured drawings and clean welds.
Our story
One welding set, 2010
Girija Fabricators started in 2010 with one welding set and a handful of gate and grill jobs. Today we fabricate structural frames, gates, railings and machine platforms for builders, workshops and homeowners across Hyderabad, from drawing to installation.
Clients return because dimensions match the drawing, welds are clean, and the job is handed over on the date promised.

Mild steel or stainless?
Mild steel is strong and economical when painted, while stainless costs more but resists rust with little upkeep.
Painting vs galvanising
Painted steel suits indoor and covered spots. Galvanising protects outdoor structures far longer against rain and rust.
Maintaining gates and grills
Touch up chipped paint early, oil hinges twice a year and wash off dirt so rust never gets a start.
Railing heights and spacing
Balcony and staircase railings need adequate height and close spacing for safety, especially where children live.
Coordinating fabrication with civil work
Agree embed plate positions and anchor points before the pour so frames fit the first time without drilling later.

Terms & Conditions

Quotes & orders
Quotes are valid for the period stated. A job is confirmed on our written acceptance, an approved drawing and receipt of the agreed advance.
Site conditions
Measurements are taken at the site visit. Changes in site dimensions or scope after approval may change price and timeline.
Delivery & installation
Dates are estimates and may shift with weather, power or material delays. You are responsible for site access and any permissions required.
Jurisdiction
Disputes are subject to the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
Refund & Cancellation
Effective 26 October 2026
Cancellation
A job may be cancelled before material is cut. Once cutting or fabrication starts, material and labour already done are chargeable.
Defects
If work differs from the approved drawing or has a workmanship defect, report it in writing with photos within 7 days of handover and we will correct it at our cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds of advance for unstarted work are issued within 10 working days.
